They live out three disciplines: "Think," "Live," and "Serve," creating a roadmap for discipleship that enables connection, relationship-building, and openness to God and each other. They affirm the worth and dignity of all people and welcome all to worship and participate fully in the life, leadership, and ministry regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, income, or political beliefs.
